When is Father’s Day???? This Sunday!!! Yeah… I need to get going on some gifts, too.

Before I get to the gift ideas, I want to write about my appreciation for all the supermen out there. This year, I have many men to thank. My father, my grandpas, my father-in-law, my husband… Without these amazing fathers, I don’t know where I’d be! My father taught me to be the person I am today, my father-in-law helped raise the man I fell in love with, and my husband is the perfect father to our sweet daughter. ❤ ❤

I would have to say one of the hottest things my husband does is holding Gwendolyn, playing with her, talking to her… Seeing him as such a good daddy has increased his attractiveness level to me. 😉 Do any of you other women feel that way? Whenever I see him with her, my heart skips a beat. ❤

Besides the phone calls, back rubs, and breakfast making, do any of you have gifts ready to give to the special men in your lives? Do you ever want to do something special but have NO IDEAS?! I’m here to help! Here are five creative ideas that I think all the dads out there would appreciate! 😀 😀

1. Snack and Movie Night

For my husband this year, I am putting together a basket FULL of his favorite snacks, and I am letting pick a pick a night (and a movie) for us to stay in together. That is one of his FAVORITE things to do!

2. The Rocketbook

If you want to buy something that your husband could utilize in the office, this notebook is VERY popular among all the daddies out there! My husband uses it for EVERYTHING and he LOVES it! What’s special about it? When using the right pens, all the pages can be completely erased AT ONCE and the notebook can be used ALL over again! Here’s a link to learn more and to buy it: Rocketbook

3. Matching Daddy and Baby Outfits!!! ❤

I have always thought this to be the CUTEST idea!! Here are a few ideas:

4. Create a Photo Album

I know my dad and my husband love pictures of the people they care about! I also LOVE scrapbooking, and I feel like we should always use our talents to serve others. You can get cheap scrapbooks from Wal-mart, or cute picture frames to make collages! Here are some pictures of my husband’s girls (Gwen and me) that he cherishes:

5. Spend Time with Him!!!

I know this is not a physical gift, but in my experience, dads appreciate this one the most. Fathers work really hard and deserve to relax with the people they love. Ask your dad, husband, or any special man in your life what they want to do. My dad always said his favorite gift from his children was when we took the time to be with him. ❤ ❤ ❤

To end my post, I’d like to share some beautiful pictures of my dad and husband…

Fathers are heroes… Fathers are needed… And fathers are special…

Thank you for reading!!!

  1. Apart from all those points 5th point is the best. I can relate to it completely. When i met my dad after a year, he didn’t said something special, it was normal. But i was able to see how happy he was by looking at the way he was talking to my mom about me coming home. No materialistic thing can make your parents as happy as your presence will.
P.S- Your daughter is super cute.
